Hello lovely pandas of the world~ How are you this day? So right now, it is 6:30 pm on a Sunday evening(Is 6:30 considered an evening?LOL). Anyways, I am doing my daily workout video. I'm just starting though and I don't think I can do more than two workout videos a day. Aish...my lazy self. I am trying to lose weight for the summer and have been doing this for a week and I am faced with that wall. You know that wall, where you just love sitting on your couch watching TV with the huge bag of Doritos and just stuffing yourself to the fullest. That lazy wall. My stamina and determination is fading. Right now I am trying my hardest to keep the mindset of eating healthy and staying on track. I have tennis practice every weekday but I am doing specific workouts for certain parts of my body. Anyways, I must refrain from going off track.
With everything you do, you will have to keep a strict mind. After a while, the whole idea of it gets hard and it seem WAYYY easier to give up. Totally normal but it's never good to fall into a trap and giving things up like losing weight, getting better grades, or even just a goal for the day is also normal. The hard part is to keep going and be that abnormal person. You don't want to blend in with the crowd. If you don't like too much attention but still want to stand out for yourself, here you go. Also think of all the reasons you started this. For my people that are trying to lose weight, remember that size jeans that you want to get into. Remember how your friends are getting in relationships are you're not because even though this is sad, people base their opinions on looks and you want to really catch their attention. I think I wrote enough today and I will probably get back to relationships in another blog soon. Panda Emily, out.
