Spazz-Fangurl SHINee "Everybody"

Hello guys, Ms. Panda here. This is my review fangurl version of SHINee's "Everybody". So Jessica posted a link to MV earlier if you would like to take a look.
WARNING: THIS IS ONLY A BIASED OPINION FROM A HARDCORE SHAWOL! DO NOT TAKE THIS TOO SERIOUSLY. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE FANGURLING, THEN I WOULD SUGGEST YOU READ JESSICA'S POST. It's a lot more... refined...
Alright. With that out of the way...*warms up  We shall take this slow
SONG: The song was great! I absolutely love the involvement of dubstep. It makes the song more modernized! It's really catchy and you can easily involve the title in everyday use. Right "Everybody"? LOLOL...no? Well. Ok then. Also, it was interesting to have Minho not rap in this song. I'm a bit torn. I love his raps and he at least has a main part in the song but I loved his parts. The rest of them were epic!! It was just Minho's part that stood out to me.
DANCE: Although "Dream Girl" has a more intricate choreography than this, I can actually sorta dance to it way better. I mean seriously! It's not like you have a microphone, broom, etc. with you where you can look epic dancing. Might as well look sorta cool. I mastered Key and Taemin's flute and hand spasm dance poart. That was fun to do. The part around 3:35 was strange to me. It was so lame to me. It was like a part of YOUNIQUE's "Maxstep". Also, the chereo this time, it's not really the SM type of choreo. I would actually prefer them having complicated cool dances really makes SHINee stand out. If they want to continue to be as shining as they are, their choreo should improve. One of the reasons why "Lucifer" and "Ring Ding Dong" was so popular was because of that reason.
IMAGE: WOWZAAA!!! Their outfits are 110% better than before. I hate that flowery concept in "Dream Girl". This makes them so much cooler and sophisticated. Suits look hot on guys ok? Especially from their comeback performance. Those outfits were epic! Hair-wise, Onew looks really good blond! Key...no more extensions please? They do not do him justice. Also, did they double eye-liner everyone? Wow. Not that I'm complaining but wow.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Yes, we must not forget an important topic... TAEMIN. Well you have proved yourself to be a man. Those abs seemed very real. (Must control) Interesting choice with Taemin. Can we not have only one? Can we not include Minho and Jonghyun as well? Pretty sure they have abs too. Just sayin'

Overall I really love this song and will put much effort into learning the lyrics and somewhat, the dance. Much more than "Dream Girl"

SHINee - Everybody Review

First of all, I'm REALLY REALLY REALLY sorry that I couldn't be doing a lot of reviews... To be honest, I didn't even know SHINee was having a comeback or an MV until Emily showed me the video during lunch.... and let's just say, she was going crazy(:

She said she'll also do a review on this too, but from a "fangirl's" perspective. For this review, as always, I'll try not to be biased and to not incorporate my fanqurl moods(:

Watch the music video first because it's currently midnight and I'm too lazy to summarize most of the video for you guys:( sorry! Watch the first time, fanqurl; watch the second, to notice what's happening and fanqurl more; watch the third and notice EVEN more things; and so on until you get bored (which will be never!)

I obviously don't understand Korean, so I had to google search for the English translation. Initially, I thought it was going to be another love confessing song, but I was so wrong! I probably thought that because Jonghyun made a heart and shot it out to me... LOL 

ANALYZING:

The five members are singing about society, and more generally, the world. They're talking about how we have "an adult mask that gets removed at night". In other words, they're talking about how we're two-faced--not in the mean, snobby way, but how we have two sides: one that is shown during day to everybody, and the other that is purposely evident during night. 

During night, we are party animals. We go crazy. We listen to dubstep (allow me to insert how amazing the dubstep sounds in this video!) and we don't stop until someone commands us to. You should have noticed by now the scary looking dolls and how SHINee dances like robots or controlled puppets. Another interpretation of this can be: all individuals are not free, even if we claim we are. We're always bound by something: work, love, devotion to religion/morals, etc. 

Then, when the sun rises once more, we have to stop being what we wish to be, and become calm and tranquil. Adults have to get to their long, tedious working hours; pupils must attend the stressful six hours of school; and young children have to wake up from their slumber. The sun is practically our frienimy. 

As the day progresses, we place on our mask again--to conceal who we are from the world. 

DANCE:

Moving on to the dance. Compared to Wold and Mama from EXO, this dance does not seem as intricate as the previous, but haha SHINee only makes it LOOK easy in the eyes of viewers. All that turning, arm moving, jumping, hanging in the air--that's the life of idols in SM. 

The dance match very well with the song, especially at Minho's singing part. It's also very smart of SM to incorporate the toy dance (near the end). 

Another thing that is irrelevant to dance, but needed to be pointed out. Notice how the floors are checkered, the scenes are black & white, then all flashy and bright? That's the contrast of day and night. Chess is a game where there are RULES (day); you can't falter away from them, or you've committed foul! When it's bright and flashy, those are implications of freedom and the light in the night. The day, the brightest time of all, is the darkest; while in contrast, the night is the brightest(:

EXO - Music Video Drama Episode 2 Review

In the previous post, titled, "EXO - Growl Review", I talked about the first episode of their music video that Sm created to kill us fans.

A little recap from Episode 1. Luhan and EXO fight this gang, resulting in D.O. getting hospitalized.

Episode 2 starts out with EXO all beaten up, bruised lips, hurt neck, bandaged cheeks, etc. Next, EXO, excluding Luhan, visits D.O., along with the girl. On the other hand, Luhan is sitting in his chair, re-thinking his actions.

Luhan watches from afar, making eye-contact with the girl. Oh the drama feels.  Obviously, Luhan is also bruised up just as badly as EXO, so he limps and clings onto his limbs while the girl chases after him. He falls, and the girl takes him home TO HIS HOME FML

Kai sees them together, and he becomes angry. The other gang's rookie takes a picture of Luhan with the girl, and shows it to his boss. Thus, they take the girl and try to lure Luhan in with her. As in any drama, the boy runs to the girl, but this time, Luhan doesn't use his strength to it's max. Stupid kid your precious EXO isn't here. go all out. 

EXO comes and saves his butt. Sadly, Luhan gets hit on the head by a baseball stick and falls to the ground. The girl cries and somehow magically, her tear drop falls onto his symbol. It disappears and the next scene displays a very infuriated Kris.

Sorry, that was all just a recap, but it helps readers get an idea of what's happening. Now, for the review.

Luhan is really depressed to the point where he would even die just to not show his power and scare the girl. (The girl is really annoying me. Not sure if it's her acting or not.) There was this one scene in the gang vs Luhan part, where this member smacked Luhan on the butt. I was laughing for a good 5 minutes until my mom thought I was on drugs. /coughcough

What I interpret from this is that Kris is the one who gave Luhan the "wolf" powers, as I stated in the last review. Luhan is not supposed to fall in love with a female because he's sent into the human world to complete a task. Kris, from experience I suppose, knows that falling in love with a girl clouds your mind and will divert your attention from your task. Also, the only way for one to become human is if one who dearly loves you cries for you (note that the tear drop must drop on the symbol, if it doesn't, well you're screwed). The girl does exactly that and Luhan is turned human. Kris is mad at Luhan, because they were like brothers when they were young.

Luhan left Kris for a girl. His hair also turns black, a human's natural born hair.

Rants:
Where the heck did the gang members go after smacking Luhan? wtf
Why is it that Tao and Kai gets so many shots?
Why does Sehun also fly in the air in the slow motion scenes???
Why do I understand the Chinese subs when I suck at reading Chinese??
Luhan is a pretty good actor... The girl on the other hand.... And sorry Kris, you're bad at acting but you're hot so that makes up for it. I always have to hold in my scream when I see you.

EXO - Growl Review

EXO has come back with their repacked album, XOXO. In the new album, there are three new songs, Lucky, XOXO, and Growl. Growl is the new title song that they are currently promoting.

Heads up, this might just be a spazz post but I'll try to be as professional as I can, most likely that won't happen OTL And I'll be reviewing the drama version, not the dance or legit MV versions.

The beginning starts out with Kris (the tall blonde one with the suitcase), and the dramatic instrumental of <Black Pearl>, doing something with Luhan (the baby looking one who is 24 years old but looks younger than both Emily and I). From this, I interpret that perhaps Kris is the one who gives Luhan his supernatural powers (of the Wolf), and he's the leader of the gang, or so.

Next scene shows Luhan flipping through the air and moving like a wolf. Truthfully speaking, these stunts are really unnecessary. When he's jumping over the air vents, there's that big space to his right that he can "crawl" quickly away from the people he's running from.... Sm, you and your logic. I'm also pretty sure when they show "Luhan" doing the stunts, it's not him but a stuntman....yeah AND WHY WOULD YOU RANDOMLY DO THESE STUNTS AND KICKS AND ALL WHEN PEOPLE ARE CHASING YOU. IT SLOWS YOU DOWN.

I'm going to fast forward to the fighting scene where EXO fights against the other gang. There, Luhan gets out of control when he sees his comrades getting hurt, and his inner beast is released. He accidentally throws D.O. to this stack of boxes, and somehow that hurts D.O. fatally.... by just a few boxes. (Shouldn't the boxes have helped his fall?) Anyhow, Luhan and everyone else is astonished at his own power, and his comrades look at him as if he's some ugly beast.

He falls down in despair and the girl that he met back a few scenes before asks him, "What the heck are you? Who are you?" /fake sad crying No offense, but her crying sounds really surreal. I mean you're an actress right? ...........

This is only Part 1, or as SM changed it, Episode one of this miraculous drama. I bet we have to wait ten thousand years for Episode 2.... Oh, I forgot to mention, but the gang that EXO was fighting consist of SM trainees, and one of them is Juno! (The person from SuJu Ballad)

I had no idea that EXO would be part of my Top 5....but this song is just whoa. Yeayea I know that this is not a new song but I discover new things from time to time. I personally like the scene when they had a little dance part. You know where Kai and Sehun(?)(I can't even memorize SuJu. You can't expect too much from me here. I think I know 4 max) has those chairs and Kai is like O.O sighh. My bias is either Kai, Sehun, or Luhan. What's yours?

Back to School~!

Hello everyone~ I started school on August 18th.
  
Actually I'm not that sad to go back to school. I get to see friends again, find things to apply my time/effort to, and yea...that's it. Of course I'm not excited about studying again! I am already disappointed in some of my classes but I'm moving on. I shouldn't stress too much on these things. So when are you guys starting?? How will you prepare? What will you do differently? My Beauty Diary 2 Step Sheet Masks

     Hey my lovely girlies~ Recently I been using the 2 Step My Beauty Diary sheet masks.  In my opinions, they are better than the regular My Beauty Diary Masks because it has a package of gel for you to apply after the mask session and better result.

   The one i been using more often would be the   Mountain Cherry Blossom. This mask provides extreme whitening and brightening effect.  omg, it made my skin looked more smoooooth, firm, and white o: The masks are all from Taiwan, and I been using this brand for quite a while now.  I really love This Mountain Cherry Blossom mask so much :3 The mask also comes with a little package of April Cherry Blossom Creamy Gel which you apply it on your face after the mask.  You do not need to apply any other moisturizer or other stuff after the gel.  In a box, it comes with 8 sheets unlike the regular masks that comes with 10 sheets because it is a 2-in-1 kind of thing. I would recommend this mask to those My Beauty Diary Mask lovers.  If you never tried this brand, you should! It really makes a difference in my opinion :]  -Lainie <3

Discovery

Recently I am obsessed over this YouTuber by the name of DJ Masa. This person is truly awesome. With the love of kpop songs so much, I am automatically attracted by these kpop remixes. They hardly sound like remixes but rather a different song completely. I thing I like to do to test out my kpop skills is to try and guess everyone there. I get excited when I see SHINee or hear a line in a song that I know. You guys should really check out this YouTuber.

Drama Review: Heartstrings

I was drama searching once again through a drama website. I usually don't want any drama unless there is something interesting in the plot of I know an actor/actress. Reason why I was intrigued to watch was because of You're Beautiful. (Main character ends up with someone I did not like out of three possible) In this drama, the couple that I shipped for "You're Beautiful" are the leads.(Park Shin Hye and Jung Yonghwa) Expectation: OVER 9000!!! Realization after watching:

"Whaatt? Ew? Why did I do that to myself?" The plot looked really good and I thought they they were going to make a lot of song remixes. ...They only played like two/three songs that incorporated traditional and modern styles. I am not sure why but this drama interesting to me in the part. Maybe the ending just sucked panda butt. OKOK SPOILER ALERT: The two were involved in a HUGE fight but after 10 mins, they were back together again and the drama ends with them serenading to each other. Maybe I was expecting too much in this drama but you would feel the same if you were rooting for Go Mi Nam and Shin Woo.
I don't recommend it.

EGG WHITE'S BEAUTY SECRET

     Today I randomly went into a little Asian medicine shop with my dad.  Because they sell masks, I asked lady which one was good for acne.  While we were in the topic, she recommended me to actually try egg whites as masks at home.  okay, I know egg whites is good for the face, but I never know it's benefit.  After I came back home I did a little research on it. (I was just soooooo curious) 

I found out that egg whites can help:
-tighten your skins
-minimize your pores
-oil blotting
-clear whiteheads
-give a healthy glow
-diminish the looks of fine lines
-remove dead skin cells
-heal and nourish skin








                                                         It is AMAZING what egg whites can do 

The order of steps to use egg white is:
1. cleanse your face
2. apply egg whites all over your face (recommend upward strokes)
3. leave is on for about 20 minute on the face
 4. rinse it off 
5.apply your favorite moisturizer and toner ^^

INFINITE - Destiny Review

Cause you're my destiny!!

Infinite has made another comeback with "Destiny". The song and music video was released a week ago, and has reached over 1.5 million views (almost surpassing 2 million). For a change, they filmed the entire video in USA, Universal Studios. There were some controversies about their teaser video, but I'll delve into that later.

The music video has a lot of computer generated effects, and let me emphasize a lot. Although, I am a huge Inspirit, I do think they went overboard just a teensy bit. Teensy. Although I wouldn't blame Woollim. It's tough competition out there these days, and just having your pretty idol boy's won't work.

Other than the effects, everything was perfect! The filming angle, the choreography of the dance, their solo shots, their exceptional acting, etc. They used the filming area to it's limit and edited the video nicely.

Now, for the music. The intro was nice and soft; not too prominent as it takes away the focus of the song. Then, it leads to the leader, Sunggyu's beautiful strong voice. There was no out-of-place auto-tuning in the song (Infinite doesn't do that psh). In the chorus, the "huuuhuu" part was really captivating. I was strangely attached to that one part... It calms me...

Anyways, the ranging vocals from Sungjong's girly high notes to Hoya's deep and sexy rap fused perfectly within the song. The song in general is perfect, but the lyrics are .... not the best ones you would use for a hallyu star. It seems like Infinite's song writer is using Infinite to sing his feelings for a girl that left him. Similar to Infinite's previous song, The Chaser, the lyrics are about a girl who left them and they want her back (very cliche). It seems as if Infinite are becoming stalkers, begging the girl not to leave them. Who would leave seven perfectly handsome men?

This time around, the company was very considerate of our fan's pleads and allowed almost the same amount of screen time/singing lines to each member! That's right, the ignored member Sungyeol got more than a word/line! /fist pump

Back to the video teaser. There were controversies about Infinite being disrespectful about Asiana's airplane crash (you can google that up). In their teaser, there were scenes of broken airplane bits. Now, that is not possible at all because they finished filming wayyy before the plane crash occurred. Notice that the released music video is titled, Ver. B. Most likely, Ver. A contained scenes of the broken airplane and Woollim decided to respect the victims and their families, so they released a different version. (Super considerate!!)

My Acne Story/ Product Recommendations~

   Acne.  Not just mild ones, but SEVERE ones.  They burn, itchy, ugly, leaves you deep scars, and your WORST nightmare ever! The one that hurt the most is probably cysts.  They can make you feel so insecure that you don't even want to leave your house.  Trust me, I've been there and even cried over it *sniff*.  For those who never had severe acne in their life can never experience the struggles we, the acne victims, are going through.
  Almost every teenager's insecurity is


MY PAST STRUGGLES:
I been having acne since I was around 11 or 12, and I'm about to be 18 this month.  Imagine how long it had been! (getting old T.T) Anyways, I found a solution to my severe acne last year, and currently I have an almost clear skin! I still get few pimples here and there, but they are not big and severe like before. When I started getting acne, it wasn't even severe until I reached my sophomore year of high school.  I had big cysts and just full of inflammable acne on my whole face.  It made my face so red and sensitive that I don't even know what to do with it anymore.  I tried many drugstore acne wash brands, etc etc and they never work.   Every time I go to school or outside of my house, I would wear full coverage foundation. (insecure moment >.<)  I kept thinking negative and would cry often when I see my own face. It was just, Terrible.  I know you guys reading this might say, "just stop wearing makeup!" It is very hard NOT to wear makeup when people in society kept staring and judging your face.  However, I slowly overcome the insecurities of mine.

MY SOLUTIONS:
I went to my family doctor and he prescribed me Minocycline Capsules,  Fougera Clindamycin Phosphate gel, and also Panoxyl face wash.  The Minocycline Capsules is used to clear inflammable inside your body.  Fougera Clindamycin Phosphate gel is used with benzoyl peroxide which is contained in Panoxyl face wash. (why do they have such long names ._. )  

The happy news is that, you can buy Panoxyl face wash in your own local CVS store! I'm not sure if they sell it in any drugstores because I always see it in CVS (I am not doing this to promote anything.  This is all from my own experience).  The face wash contains 10% benzoyl peroxide which fights acne very effectively.  Other brand's acne wash only contains around 3% benzoyl peroxide.  However, It can cause your skin to dry up, so the best solution is to use fresh aloe vera from the plant and a good moisturizer. After you wash your face with the wash, apply aloe vera juice from the plant, then add a good moisturizer.  The moisturizer I use (and still using) is Alba Botanica green tea & aloe oil-free moisturizer.


While I was using my acne routine, I also joined the tennis team, which helped my acne due to blood circulation,  in my high school, so I wore less makeup and became less insecure.  My friend was there to cheer me up and didn't care how I look :] Therefore, my face started to clear up, the redness is gone, and no more big cysts and acne (still little bit of scars and several small pimples).  

SIDE NOTES:
-cut down on fast food and junk food
-get at least 8 hours of sleep
-drink a full glass of water after you wake up (cleanse your system)
-get lots of exercise (recommend joining a sport)
-do NOT touch your face with dirty hands 
- do NOT pick on your acne
-clean your face well
-have hair away from your face
-less makeup (I learned that the hard way)

Fine Bros KPOP Retry

Hey Pans--das~! So on January 8th of 2012, the Fine Bros released a video titled,"Kids React to Kpop". If you are unfamiliar with the channel, the Fine Bros show a specific group of people video(s) and record their reactions and opinions on video for us to watch. Around 2/3 of the likes/dislikes bar are likes but us kpoppers really viewed our opinions in the comments. Yeshhh I did too. I ranted and ranted and did bad things that I shouldnt have done cause they were kids and it was jut their opinions. Don't hurt me. I was a mad ELF/SONE/Blackjack.

Anyways, today, they released a Youtubers React to KPOP. The concept of YOutubers React is similar to Kids React. I was very happy actually. I expected some of them to not like Kpop much because their tastes could be different. I was really happy because they stayed pretty respectable. Except somejuan who compared them to JB and One Direction....plzz noo...don't compared Kpop to them.

But still, I think it's just as a person grows up, they learn to accept things in life.

B.A.P. - Hurricane

Some background information before I start reviewing. Hurricane is the title song from their upcoming album. The first title song is Coffee Shop. They have also provided a MV for this song. Coffee shop and Hurricane are totally different in music, mood, style, tone, and MV wise! So go check it out!

Overall, the feeling was admirable and the mood depicted them as superior idols, hallyu idols. It sounds like a song that would be played at a club. This is yet another song in the Kpop industry where love is not indicated or sung about! Yayyy. This song's lyrics are about their fame, or how they are rising to success as rookies. They had solo concerts overseas; that's a large feat even for some artist who has already debut for a long time already. 

This song reminds me of "Zero" in their One Shot album. That song talked about how idols struggle and rise to the top from nothing at all. That's B.A.P.. They didn't gain fame because of their seniors, unlike other big company's rookie groups do. 

Like hurricanes, B.A.P. is about to take on the world, accepting any challenges driven at them. They won't stop until they reach the top, or until they literally "set the roof on fire" (or as Himchan sings, set the looof on fiyah). 

Honestly, the first time I played this song, I wasn't really into all the big lights from Las Vegas and the sound of this song. However, the second time, I got hooked.... (To Daehyun's voice) This just shows that B.AP. will take on any genre, but re-create it so their fans and new ones will find it interesting. 

Some scenes in the MV that I would like to point out and make a reference to... 

Himchan driving in the car represents the limitless places one can visit, and take over, in this place. 

The big lights in Las Vegas show their fame. Think of it this way: an empty concert with no fans, everything is dark and dull. If the stadium is full of fans and light sticks, there will be lights directed at the stars (B.A.P.). The lights can be the concert lighting, the fans' eyes glowing in the audience, their camera light, etc. 

This MV was simple, but has a big impact, like coffee shop. Although it mostly displayed them lip-syncing to the song and them going cray cray in a limo with a pole in the middle (????!), the song was very amiable. 

Oh and another irrelevant, but relevant thing... Zelo better not have kept his noodle hair. Omg when it showed scenes with him with that hair style I freaked.

Expectations From Others+ EXO's Wolf

 Hey everyone~! I feel like making up for not posting for a while so another post today!!! YAYAYYAY~!!

Anyways, we all have to deal with expectations. From society, parents, friends, etc. We are pressured with so much. I am not too sure about this but I feel that people have an expectations from me on this blog. I guess everyone has expectations from everyone and everyone is afraid of failing those expectations. Even when the person doesn't have expectations from us, we are so used to it and so paranoid that we create an expectation for them. On the positive note, we use that expectation to help us do better in things, to grow, to learn. It all depends on how far you take it. I believe that too much of a good thing is bad and this is one of it. Overall, don't push yourself to exceed EVERYONE'S expectations. You can't please everyone. It's ok. I still love you. <3

LOL. Listening to EXO's Wolf performance on Music Bank. Song's not bad. I suddenly have gotten an interest with EXO because of their performances of SHINee songs. They are pretty good.Not good enough for me to try to remember their faces and names though. Please...I haven't gotten through SuJu yet. One thing at a time. The Search for Money

 Hey panda peoples, so the people around me are having trouble with money. As a teen under 16 in the U.S., it's pretty hard for me to find a job. In my neighborhood or city actually, the people don't really favor teen babysitters and blahblahblah. Not like in the movies at all. I Googled possible jobs and one that caught my eye was blogging. Problem, although I love and apperciate all the people that read my blog even if I don't post that often (Sorwey) and my writing structure sucks(Double sorwey), you do need more people to read your posts aall nd see advertisements. Yea.. Still, I know how much people hate advertisements. I would love some advice on how to make money while still in school and still under 16. Oh well. HEY MY BIRTHDAY IS COMING UP THIS SAT! Pressure and Decisions

Hello Pandas~! SO I recently have been consoling a friend about her relationship problems. First of all, my opinions here are very because of the fact that I haven't really been in a relationship before but this is what I see from other people. So don't hate me alright? Mkay~! So she recently made a decision that affected the entire relationship completely. She made th e decision and was very sure that she wouldn't regret it but a couple of weeks later she started to feel the pressure and uneasiness of it. She is unsure if she made the right decision, which is always a problem for people. My other close friend and I were trying to help her steer in the right direction but it all means nothing. We can't help her with decisions because SHE is the one that has to make it.

Decisions are made every day, every second. I am making decisions right now by choosing what words to add in this blog. You can't really take back a decision made unless your the one typing. For some people, its not too hard to follow your heart but for people like me, I am very indecisive. I tend to follow what people tell me what to do. I hardly am able to make some decisions by myself. Maybe I'm not. I just can't seem to figure myself out. Like a certain YouTuber said,"You are lost as f___!" Yea. I am. Maybe its because I am afraid to stand out in a negative way. I want to be original but I'm scared to be original in a negative way. I'm not too sure how to explain it... TT.TT I mean I am fine with getting attention for like straight A's or something but I feel that I don't have the skills to stand out...OK GOING WAYYY OFF TOPIC!!

So overall, we all have to learn to make decisions. We all have to learn that we will make mistakes and to not be afraid of this. With each mistake, we have to learn from it and you will find people to help you. Alrighty? <3 Bai~!

Heat/Hotness/OMG FREAKIN HAWT

Dear pandas,
IT IS FREAKIN HAWT IN THE WEST COAST!!!! JEEEEZZZZZ!!! ITS LIKE 100 DEGREES OUT HERE!!! I'm dying. Pandas don't do heat....Google it. My parents are traditional asian people. My mom is more flexible than my dad but she's not home and my daddy won't let me use the AC!!!! I sweating just sitting here. I can't focus on summer school homework in heat! Summer school has been such a pain in a pandas butt. Algebra 2.. TT.TT Who would like to tutor their favorite panda?? Any takers? No? *pout. Seriously, there are more letters than EVER!! I hate graphing like so much and now they add a z coordinate. As if graphing didn't take forever before  and I have a test on monday....OTTOKE??!!?!?!??!? I want summer school to end so bad but its taking up so much of my time. I got sick too....I think I caught a common cold. Killing mee...SHINee oppas...I need your comfort.  OMGOMGOMG!!! I am so sorry guys....I know I haven't been updating and stuff. There are just some personal reason that must be dealt with and I have summer activities. To add lemon to the cut, my laptop has been acting like a complete jerk and isn't helping me out at all. Update on blogging

Hello there pandas!! So this isn't going to be much of a rant or anything today. It's kinda late and I am using my phone to update the blog. Well I am going on vacation since school's over to San Diego. I have to run laps since I'm missing tennis practice. Oh well, I'll do that when I get back. Fight That Wall

   Hello lovely pandas of the world~ How are you this day? So right now, it is 6:30 pm on a Sunday evening(Is 6:30 considered an evening?LOL). Anyways, I am doing my daily workout video. I'm just starting though and I don't think I can do more than two workout videos a day. Aish...my lazy self. I am trying to lose weight for the summer and have been doing this for a week and I am faced with that wall. You know that wall, where you just love sitting on your couch watching TV with the huge bag of Doritos and just stuffing yourself to the fullest. That lazy wall. My stamina and determination is fading. Right now I am trying my hardest to keep the mindset of eating healthy and staying on track. I have tennis practice every weekday but I am doing specific workouts for certain parts of my body. Anyways, I must refrain from going off track.

With everything you do, you will have to keep a strict mind. After a while, the whole idea of it gets hard and it seem WAYYY easier to give up. Totally normal but it's never good to fall into a trap and giving things up like losing weight, getting better grades, or even just a goal for the day is also normal. The hard part is to keep going and be that abnormal person. You don't want to blend in with the crowd. If you don't like too much attention but still want to stand out for yourself, here you go. Also think of all the reasons you started this. For my people that are trying to lose weight, remember that size jeans that you want to get into. Remember how your friends are getting in relationships are you're not because even though this is sad, people base their opinions on looks and you want to really catch their attention. I think I wrote enough today and I will probably get back to relationships in another blog soon. Panda Emily, out.

Self Esteem

     With high school, or even the start of middle school, there will be moments where people just throw a hammer at your self esteem. It hurts. End of story, no question about it. We all have those moments where you feel so worthless and low compared to everyone else. Whether it is physical, academically, mentally, etc. we feel so degraded. I will give you an example of a person for constantly lowers my self esteem and yet, he consider it a joke or he is just unaware about it. As a teen, it is pretty normal to have ache right? People are already self conscious about it as is. He continues to bring up the topic and uses it against me for whatever reason. Like I was selling candy for my friend's fundraiser and I asked him if he would like to buy any. As a response he said,"I would but I would not like to have ache like you." I believe that my ache is that serious where it should be taken as really significant. Of course we are told to ignore them but in a world where society aims for perfection and you are reminded of it constantly through commercials and the current Abercrombie & Finch controversy. I do believe that it is terrible for them to say those sort of things but their ideals are pretty much what clothing companies look for. Have you seen models lately that are normal? The girls I see are super thin. It's everywhere. Whether you're from America(Victoria Secret Models) or South Korea(SNSD, SHINee, kpop idols in general), they are there making you feel bad you are not them. I find that whenever i feel that my self esteem is becoming seriously low where I am just hating myself, I tend to rely on friends to help me with their kind words and support. It helps me be able to love myself again. If it is something you can change and it won't hurt you very much than change it. If you want to lose weight, then lose a reasonable amount. It all depends on determination and consistency. To conclude, you will be faced with many people and moments that make you hate who you are but you want change to start, you have to be the one to start that. Don't let those people make you hate yourself. In the end of the day you have to love yourself and surround yourself with people you love you the way you are.

Hello there~! My name is Emily. Don't worry, my blog won't be this plain soon. Once I learn to be technical with my life, I will gift you guys with it. I have never created a blog before, nor have I ever had a thought about making one until I saw my friend's blog. I was mind blown.
